A long white-sand beach reached by a 1.6-kilometer trail from Puerto Ayora on Santa Cruz, with a sheltered mangrove lagoon at its end. The open beach has strong surf, while the calm lagoon behind the mangroves holds marine iguanas, whitetip reef sharks, and flamingos in a salt lagoon.
