The terms that govern your use of Book Cruise Now, from browsing departures to sending an inquiry or booking a cruise.
Who we are
Book Cruise Now (“BCN,” “we,” or “us”) is a marketplace for Galápagos and expedition cruises, based in Ontario, Canada. We connect travelers with the independent operators who run these ships.
We are not the operator, and we are not the merchant of record for any cruise you book through the site. The operator sells the cruise, sets its price and terms, and is responsible for delivering it.
Using Book Cruise Now
You can browse ships, itineraries, and departures without an account. Sending an inquiry or managing a booking may require one. You agree to give accurate information and to keep your account credentials to yourself.
How inquiries and bookings work
Book Cruise Now runs on an inquiry model. You send an inquiry for a departure, and the operator responds directly, confirms availability, and shares its cancellation policy with you before you pay. The resulting contract for the cruise is between you and the operator, not with us.
Payments
When you book, you pay the operator directly, using a payment method the operator sets up for that booking — such as WeTravel, PayPal, or wire transfer. We do not hold, process, or take a cut of your payment. Prices, deposits, and payment schedules are set by the operator.
Pricing and promotions
Departure prices are set and updated by the operator. Where we show a discount or a was/now price, it reflects the operator’s own listed rates. Promotions can change or end at any time.
What operators agree to
Operators listed on Book Cruise Now agree to list accurate ship, itinerary, and price information, to respond to inquiries in good faith, and to honor the cancellation policy they publish. We may suspend or remove an operator that does not.
Your responsibilities
Give accurate information in an inquiry or booking, use the site for genuine travel planning, and treat operators and other users respectfully. Don’t use Book Cruise Now to send spam, scrape the catalog, or misrepresent who you are.
Product data for signed-in accounts
When you create an account, you agree that we may collect product-usage data — such as which pages and features you use — to operate, secure, and improve the service. Today we collect it only where you have accepted optional cookies, signed in or not. If that ever changes, we will say so in our Privacy Policy and Cookie policy before it takes effect.
Liability
We work to keep listings accurate and the site available, but we don’t guarantee an operator’s availability, pricing, or service, and we’re not liable for an operator’s acts or omissions in delivering your cruise. To the extent permitted by law, Book Cruise Now is provided “as is.”
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We’ll post the new version here with an updated date. Continuing to use Book Cruise Now after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
