A tuff formation between Punta Cormorant and Post Office Bay on Floreana with panoramic coastal views. It is named for Eloise Wagner de Bousquet, an Austrian baroness who settled on Floreana in the 1930s and vanished under unexplained circumstances. The lookout overlooks palo santo and mangrove stands toward Post Office Bay.
